PONZIO PE68HI WINDOWS

• PE68 variant with three-chamber construction, with “euro” standard groove and groove used in windows and balcony doors made of PCV or wooden profiles. The structural depth of profiles for frame equals 68 mm, for sashes 76 mm. The system allows to apply fillings 18-59 mm wide.
• The system reaches various heat transfer and in PE68 HI version (with closed glass chamber and insulating insert in the profile chamber) reaches Uf value from 1,3 W/m2K.
• There is no need for a drip, what positively influences the beauty of the curtain wall, thanks to the modernization of the sealing elements.
• The system allows to use the wide range of hardware and ease their installation.

PONZIO PF152 HI DOUBLE GLAZED UNIT

• Post-transom curtain wall system with high thermal insulation, most commonly assembled in energy efficient constructions. Single or packed window panels with any kind of glass or opaque panels of width: 4-66 mm.
• Thermal parameters allow to achieve the Ucw thermal value at the level of 0,6 W/m2K.Highest thermal insulation parameters in Ponzio PF152HI PASSIVE variant due to application of special glazing pads (certified by Passivhaus Institut in Darmstadt, class phA)

PONZIO PE78N HI WINDOWS

• Three-chamber system with “euro” standard groove and groove used in windows and balcony doors made of PVC or wooden profiles.
• It is dedicated for constructions with very high thermal requirements.
• The structural depth of profiles for frames is 78mm, for sashes 86mm.
• Thanks to multi chamber thermal breaks (42 mm) and two component central gasket we can obtain high thermal insulation. In the most insulated (PE78N HI+) version – with closed glass chamber and insulating insert made of aerogel, the frame heat transfer coefficient equals 0,7 W/m2K. Single or packed window panels with any kind of glass or opaque panels of width: 21-69 mm.

PONZIO PT50

Aluminium system profiles without the thermal insulation, mainly dedicated to the interior of buildings:

• boxes, partition walls, display cases, sliding doors (manually or automatically operated), double acting and smoke hermetic doors.
• The structural depth for frame and sash is 52mm.
• The regular doors or the coplanar doors can be assembled in the PT 50 system. The advantage of axial clamped hinges is an ease of assembly in three planes.

PONZIO SL1600TT HI

• Aluminium system with thermal insulation designed for internal and external sliding windows and doors, for instance, sliding partition walls, balconies and loggias enclosures.
• The variant of SL1600tt lift and slide system with high thermal insulation assigned for the most demanding customers. In PLUS version, the Uf, equals 2,1 W/m2K and higher, in the top HI variant the frame heat transfer coefficient equals 1,8 W/m2K and higher.
• The structural depth equals: 67 mm for sashes, 160 mm for double track frames and 247 mm for triple track frames. The structure allows to make stable constructions of large size, with even 8 sashes and of very large sash weight.
• The system allows to apply fillings from 12mm and up to 51 mm thick.
• SL1600tt, SL1600tt+ and SL1600tt HI variants of system depending on applied insulation inserts.
